Judgment Collection

The Court Library Services recognizes that it has one of the most comprehensive collections of unreported decisions of the Supreme Court of Trinidad and Tobago. Stringent efforts are made to ensure that this collection is organized in an efficient manner to facilitate the easy retrieval of these decisions as well as to have an effective maintenance and tracking procedure in place to ensure preservation and continuity of the collection.
One copy of every judgment received is placed in the Special Judgment Collection Alphabetical File which is housed in the Supreme Court Library, Port of Spain.
All judgments received by the Unit since 1990 have been recorded in the Unit’s WEBOPAC [The online catalogue]. Links to electronic copies of the decisions have been provided when they are available.
