MEDIA RELEASE - Congratulations to the Honourable Mr Justice Frank Seepersad

The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago extends its congratulations to the Honourable Mr Justice Frank Seepersad on his receipt of the award by the Government of India of the Pravasi Bharatiya Samaan Award (PBSA) in the sphere of community, welfare, and education. This is the highest honour conferred by the Government of India on persons of Indian descent, in the diaspora, in recognition of their achievements.

Justice Seepersad is the sixth recipient from Trinidad and Tobago. He joins Winston Dookeran, Lenny Saith, former Prime Ministers Basdeo Panday and Kamla Persad-Bissessar, and the National Council for Indian Culture.
