The Judiciary wishes to inform that in-person activities at the Family Court-Tobago, located at #54 Calder Hall Main Road, Scarborough, Tobago have been suspended temporarily to facilitate the sanitisation of the Court building. The current course of action is ameliorative and is also required to investigate the COVID-19 status of staff.
Please be advised that no one will be allowed into the building until sanitisation has been completed. Vacating the building is a precautionary measure in keeping with COVID-19 safety protocols.
Members of the public are reminded that court hearings are being conducted virtually and E-filing and CourtPay can be accessed via Court’s website. Attention is also drawn to the Judiciary’s Practice Direction No. 11 of March 27, 2021.
