From November 7th to 9th 2014, the Court Administration Unit's Continuing Education Seminar was held in Coco Reef Resort, Tobago. This 3-day seminar, focusing on the theme "Shaping Your Next Decade: Looking Back, Looking Forward" was facilitated by Dr. Diana Bilimoria, Keybank Professor and Chair of the Department of Organisational Behaviour at the Weatherhead School of Management, an institution widely recognised for its innovative approach to management education and with whom the JEITT has partnered over the last two years.

Participants were led on a retreat encouraging them to examine the court of their career, their leadership style and visions for their future in order to engage in conscious career-planning. By the conclusion of the seminar, participants were relaxed, reflective, and equipped with the mental tools to enhance their workplace environment by focusing on the positive, seeking to be inclusive, and developing their own openness to change and innovation.
