The Honourable Mme Justice Yorke-Soo Hon, JA
Madame Justice Yorke-Soo Hon, a former teacher, was admitted to the Bar in 1982. Justice Yorke-Soo Hon was appointed to act as a Judge of the High Court on November 1, 1997.
Prior to her appointment as a temporary judge, Justice Yorke-Soo Hon had over 15 years practice at the Bar, more notably in Criminal Law. Madame Justice Yorke-Soo Hon was appointed a Puisne Judge of the High Court on May 1, 1998. She is a graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School where she serves today as an Associate Tutor in Criminal Practice and Procedure.
Madame Justice Yorke-Soo Hon was a founding member and the first secretary of the Criminal Bar association and a former member of the Council of the Law Association of Trinidad & Tobago
