Department Profile
Court records articulate the Rule of Law and impact the public's perception of the fairness, equality and integrity of Trinidad and Tobago's judicial system. The Records Management Unit is tasked with organizing, managing and securing all records created by the Court in compliance with the Laws of Trinidad and Tobago, International Court Performance Standards, and Records Management policies, standards and international best practices. In so doing, the Court is able to produce complete and accurate records and information in a timely manner, thereby creating public trust and confidence in the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago.
