The Family Proceedings Rules

The Family Proceedings Rules 1998 (as of June 2003) - The overriding objective of these Rules is to enable the court to deal with family matters - (a) justly; and (b) in a way which, in proceedings affecting any child of the family, gives first and paramount consideration to the welfare of that child.
