The Trinidad and Tobago Judicial Education Institute (TTJEI) of the Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is pleased to extend an open invitation to all Attorneys-at-Law to attend a panel discussion on "Celebrating Fifty Years of the Court of Appeal of an Independent Trinidad and Tobago: The Role of the Court of Appeal in Developing and Preserving an Independent and Just Society," at the Convocation Hall, Hall of Justice, Knox Street, Port of Spain, at 1.30 p.m. on Friday 13th July, 2012.
This panel discussion is being staged as part of the second in the series of Distinguished Jurist Lectures launched by the TTJEI last year.
The members of the panel will include:
- The Hon. Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders , Judge Caribbean Court of Justice;
- The Hon. Mr. Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Ivor Archie;
- Professor Dr. Selwyn Ryan; and
- Mr. S. Russell Martineau, SC
Guests are asked to be seated by 1.20 p.m. to facilitate a prompt start of the programme.
