Judiciary Security Supervisor
Job Summary
The Security Supervisor will assist in planning, organizing and directing security programmes, supervising day to day operations in an area to ensure the delivery of a consistently high quality of service throughout the assigned region. Responsibilities include supervising the installation of anti-intrusion detection systems in areas as assigned; assisting in the development, implementing and ensuring the maintenance of policies and procedures to mitigate security concerns, mobilizing/developing security officers as necessary; conducting security surveys and investigations - consulting with stakeholders such as Police, Fire, Defense Force, Private Security firms, members of the public etc. as necessary and compiling and submitting comprehensive reports.

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O’Level passes including Mathematics and English;
- A Certificate in a security related course of study from a recognized tertiary education institution;
- Certificate Security Supervisor (CSS) designation would be an asset;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior position in the protective service or a recognized security establishment;
- Working knowledge of the Supplemental Police Act – Chapter 15:02;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application and security related software;
- Persons possessing an appropriate combination of qualifications, training and experience will also be considered.
