Assistant Judiciary Security Manager
Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for playing a key role in leading security administration and operations. Duties include: managing the security operations of a district, supervising security supervisors and other personnel assigned to districts; directing and supervising investigations and disciplinary proceedings; conducting security surveys and submitting comprehensive reports; formulating security policies and plans/standards and assisting with the design and implementation of electronic security access control and surveillance systems consulting with stakeholders such as Police, Fire, Defense Force, Private Security firms, members of the public etc. as necessary and compiling and submitting comprehensive reports, coordinating and/or delivering training; coordinating emergency responses and supervising VIP protection under the general direction of the Security Manager.

- Knowledge of the Laws of Trinidad and Tobago and regulations as they relate to the provision of security services and security administration;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience in a senior position in the protective services or a recognized security establishment;
- Under graduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized university;
- Significant knowledge of modern security technology, emerging security trends and project management;
- Working knowledge of the Supplemental Police Act – Chapter 15:02;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application and security related software;
- Persons possessing an appropriate combination of qualifications, training and experience will also be considered.
