The Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, headed by the Chief Justice, comprises the Supreme Court of Judicature and the Magistracy. The Judiciary is the third arm of the State, established by the Constitution to operate independently from the Executive as a forum for the resolution of legal disputes.

The Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago

The Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago is a corporate body charged with the responsibility for establishing and maintaining standards to be observed by mediators and mediation trainers. In this regard, on behalf of the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago, the Judiciary extends an invitation to suitably qualified persons to fill the following contract positions:

Accounts and Investment Unit

The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago is in the process of building its organizational capabilities to ensure an accountable court system where timeliness and efficiency are key hallmarks. In this regard, the Judiciary is now seeking to recruit suitably qualified person(s) to fill the following contract position for a period of two (2) years in the Accounts and Investment Unit:

  Court Protocol and Information Unit (CPIU)

The Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following position, on contract, for a period of three (3) years in its Court Protocol and Information Unit (CPIU). This Unit, in addition to providing protocol and facilitatory services to Judges, Judicial Officers and visitors to and guests of the court, is charged with furthering a culture of service throughout the Judiciary, including making the Courts and the Judicial System more understandable, accessible and user - friendly, via strategies for improving public education and information to all stakeholders.  

Judiciary Security Unit

The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago invites applications from committed security professionals, with excellent interpersonal, supervisory, communication, problem solving and protocol skills, who value teamwork and possess the required training and experience, to fill the following positions, on contract, in the Judiciary Security Unit.
